It's an online photo shopping center that helps you personalize items the way you want. You can customize everything you see on our store page using your own photos and design taste. Once finished, you can place an order and we'll have it made and shipped to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

Account

It's simple and free; all you need to do is to create an account. On our home page, there is a sign up form. Fill it and click on "Join Now", or instead you can go our join page, and follow instructions there.

You can sign in to your account by using the sign in page. There is a link in every page located on the top right called "Sign In".

It's not an issue if you forgot your password. You can easily recover it by going to the account recovery page and follow instructions there. To access this page, you need to go to "Sign In" page, then click on "forgot your password?"and follow instructions there. If you are still facing trouble accessing your account, please contact us.

To update your account information, you need to be signed in to your account. If you already are, click on "My Account" which is located on the upper right menu of every page, and then update the needed. For instance, you can update your personal information such as your name, or update your email address and password.

In order to be able to update your email preferences, you need to be signed in to your account. If you already are, click on "My Account" which is located on the upper right menu of every page, choose "Account Preferences" and uncheck your unwanted preferences.

To manage your shipping addresses, you need to be signed in to your account. If you already are, click on "My Account" which is located on the upper right menu of every page and then select "Shipping Addresses". You'll be able to set the default shipping address which will be used automatically with every checkout, add new one, edit and remove.

Photos

Creating albums at snaptoshop is free, simple and unlimited. Once you sign in to your account, click on "My Photos" which is located in every page on the upper menu, then click on "Create Album" and follow instructions on screen. Alternatively, you can create albums dynamically while uploading photos. Simply click on "Upload Photos" on the same page (My Photos) and follow instructions.

Uploading photos to snaptoshop is free, simple and unlimited. Once you sign in to your account, click on "My Photos" which is located on the upper menu of every page, and then click on "Upload Photos and follow instructions on screen.

Minimum resolution of photos can be a little tricky. Good news is that we warn you when a photo resolution is low and would affect quality print. It's important to upload your photos without trying to compress or resize them. As for the photo type, snaptoshop only accepts .JPG or .JPEG. Other formats may still be uploaded, but will be automatically converted which may results in quality issues. Most digital photography devices (Cameras) capture photos in JPG format with a suitable resolution for all kind of prints.

You can upload and store photos as many as you want. No limits, it’s absolutely free of charge!

You can keep your photos stored in your account for as long as you need. However, we recommend that you don't use your account as a backup storage and have your photos stored safely somewhere else. We'll notify you if we change our storage policy, nevertheless. Please have a look at our Terms of Service page for more information.

Photo uploading speed depends on many factors such as your internet speed and overall size of photos. snaptoshop does not compress your photos in order to maintain a high quality copy for storage/printing purposes.

snaptoshop keeps your uploaded photos in high resolution format. Once you sign in to your account, click on "My Photos" which is located in every page on the upper menu, select an album from the drop down list, and then click on the "down arrow icon" under each photo.

snaptoshop photo uploader is equipped with intelligent sensor to tell warn you about a low resolution photo before uploading it. We recommended that you use high resolution photos in order to get an excellent quality printed items. However, you can still proceed with uploading normally if you wish to.

snaptoshop photo uploader is built on using Adobe Flash technology to offer a rich and smooth web experience. You need to have, at least, version 10.2 on your device. Flash, in most cases, is installed by default, but in case is required or needs an update, the uploader page will suggest that you install it, please follow instructions. If your device does not support/allow Flash Player to be installed, then you'll be unable to use our photo uploader. iPhone and iPad are examples of such devices.

Creations

At snaptoshop, we have designed online editing tools to help you preserve your memories in a creation of your own. A creation that is made into a product you can touch, explore and show. In short, a creation is basically something you create with your photos, a design of your own imagination that we convert into a product once you order it. Photo book and canvas are examples of such creations you can make.

It's very easy, fun and simple to start a creation at snaptoshop. Once you sign in to your account, click on "Store" which is located in every page on the upper menu, explore through the products and follow instructions.

Yes! On the last step of your creation, which is the personalization, there is a "Save" button. All saved creations are saved in your "Creations" page which is located in every page on the upper menu.

In the last step of each creation in the editor, you can preview you final design in order to make any adjustments, if needed. If you are comfortable with your design and ready to order, all you need to do is to click on "Add to cart" in that step and you’ll be redirected to the cart page.

It differs from someone to another. But generally speaking, if you want to use a ready template without any modification from our rich library, it's a 5-10 minutes job!

Absolutely! On step 2, theme selection, you need to make sure you select an empty/blank theme.

Not at all! Our editor is very simple to use and uses the step-by-step approach. All you need to do is making choices and have a little of your touch, if you wish. It's loaded with lots of backgrounds, clip art, fonts and borders. Drag and drop, that simple! You can even have effects, resize and rotate with just a single mouse click.

Yes. On step 3, you need to select the photos you want to see in the template and re-order, if you wish. Once you click on next button, the editor will do the rest. However, you still can manipulate that on the last step. We made this feature available to help you quickly build a nice creation. Please note that this feature is not applicable on all products.

This meter helps you determine how many more photos can be added without stuffing your photos or add new pages (for example in photo book) to your design.

On step 2, you can navigate through the categories and select a theme. Once selected, a preview will show up to help you decide if this is what you are looking for.

On step 4, flip to any page that is not the front or back cover. You'll notice a button called "Add Page" on the upper right. If you can't see it, make sure you are in a position that allows you to add a page. Note that photo books have maximum limit of additional pages. Please make sure you have gone through its specifications.

Orders

It's very easy to place an order at snaptoshop. All you need to do is add your desired items and creations to cart. When you add any item to cart, you'll be redirected to checkout page which have simple steps to help you complete the process and place your order successfully. You can edit quantities, remove items from cart, assign a shipping address and select payment preferences.

You can check your order details by visiting cart page. Each time you add an item to cart, you'll be redirected to Checkout page automatically which has all the details you need to know.

Yes! When add photos to cart, you'll be redirected to a page where you can edit quantity for each photo and select features such as size, border and paper type. And on checkout, you can access the same page to review and modify just as well.

Go to "My Photos", navigate through your albums and select the photos you need. You can either check photos you need or drag-and-drop them in the tray. Once you select the photos you want, click on "Add to cart" which is located under the tray.

snaptoshop currently accepts Online payment methods for all countries and Cash On Delivery in some countries. Online payments are made through PayPal which supports most used cards worldwide.

Yee! snaptoshop currently accepts Online payment methods worldwide through PayPal where you can securely pay using variety of cards or even your personal PayPal account. On the other hand, we do accept payment on delivery for some countries. We do not store any information about your card, it all happens on PayPal.

Yes. Simply go to "My Account", then "Order History" and check the statuses from there.

Unfortunately this is not possible from your account. At snaptoshop, we process orders automatically and as fast as we get it. You may still contact us reasoning why and we'll be looking at your case.

Depending on the country you are ordering from. Sometimes you'll notice that Tax is set to 0, and that means either items are not entitled for tax or tax is included within items prices already. For more information, please "Contact".

Shipping

Shipping cost is affected by many factors such as destination, weight and dimension of the shipment. You'll be able to see the shipping cost of your order before making the payment.

Shipping and delivery time are affected by many factors such as destination, the time and day of you check out and the items you ordered. Normally it's somewhere between 2-7 working days.

Normally you will. However sometimes items are shipped individually to reduce shipping cost on you.

snaptoshop does not calculate any custom fees or make you pay for it. For domestic shipments, you won't be charged by authorities. However, if you are shipping from one country to another, your items might be charged for customs once the shipment is delivered by courier. Please contact your local or your destination's customs authorities and get the needed information according to your preferences.

Credit & Discounts

snaptoshop has a loyalty program, a way of saying "thank you" for using snaptoshop. Credit is a free product of its kind. For instance, you can have 1 or more credit for a certain photo book type. This means if you order this item, we will deduct its price automatically from your bill. That's right; you'll get it for free!

snaptoshop do promotions every now and then. Those promotions can be used on your order in order to get a special discount. Terms and conditions apply.

If you have credit and you added an item to cart of the same kind of credit, you'll see a deduction in the total amount that is equivalent to the credit/item value. For discounts, you need to apply a coupon code on checkout. Once you do, it will be added to your account and be used whenever you want to checkout automatically. Terms and conditions apply.
